Officers

Brenda Gardziel has been a resident of Prince William County since 1965. She was a teacher for Prince William County Schools for 32 years. Brenda has been an active member of the Prince William County Parks and Recreation Commission since 1995 and the Friends of Horticultural Therapy Board since 2009. She became Chairperson of FOHT in 2013. Brenda’s objective is to have a positive influence and help improve the quality of life for the participants in the Horticultural Therapy Program by securing and developing a permanent home for the program at Shenandoah Park.
